Mardi Gras means masks, madness and most of all, music. Make plans to celebrate as fan-favorite Matt Catingub presents a lively, fun-filled musical evening centered around the distinct style that makes New Orleans the city of jazz. Join the Long Beach Symphony for a lively and libatious evening of food, dancing, and the distinct musical stylings of the Big Easy at the POPS!.

This concert marks the inaugural launch of our POPS! Pride initiative to honor and celebrate our vibrant LGBTQ community! Use the promotion code PRIDE30 when buying tickets online or by phone to get 30% off any price category. POPS! Pride is sponsored in conjunction with the Long Beach Gay and Lesbian Center, Long Beach Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, Schulzman-Neri Foundation, and Buttercloth, the world’s most comfortable shirt.

The POPS! Series is a fun and friendly way to enjoy an entertaining night out. There are two ways to experience the POPS!—either at a table of 10 on the Arena floor or from the upstairs loge in a stadium-style seat.

The concert itself starts at 8:00 PM, but the doors open at 6:00 PM with picnicking beginning at 6:30 PM where people are encouraged to come early and bring a picnic dinner and your favorite libations! If you can’t bring your own food and drink there are also concessions available at the Arena (sandwiches, snacks, full beverage service).

Program and artists subject to change.
